How fast do orders reach you? Usually within seconds of the customer paying.
Can I change prices after importing? Absolutely. Edit products in your Shopify admin like any others — they're yours.
Why do products come in as drafts? So you get the final say on pricing and details before they go live. Nothing publishes until you say so.
What if I already carry one of your SKUs? It'll show as "In store" and won't be imported again, so you won't get duplicates.
Can I import just some variants? Right now all variants come in together — but you can delete any you don't want in Shopify afterward.
I deleted a product and want it back. How? On the product's detail page, click "Clear sync status" and you'll be able to import it again.
How do I check where an order is? Use the order lookup on your app Dashboard — type in the order number and you'll see its status.
What happens if I uninstall the app? Orders already with us still get fulfilled. New orders just won't sync and tracking won't update until you reinstall. Your imported products stay in your store either way.
Do I need to do anything when you add new products? Nope — they show up in the catalog (and under New Products) automatically. Check in whenever you like, or ask your account manager what's coming.
